Cloudflare Connect 2025 marked a pivotal moment for the company’s brand and community. After years of smaller regional events, Cloudflare set out to create its first global flagship experience, a multi-day gathering that united customers, partners, and developers to explore the innovations powering and building a better Internet.

Hosted at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas, the four-day event welcomed nearly 1,500 attendees from around the world. Together, they experienced visionary keynotes, technical sessions, and cultural moments that reinforced Cloudflare’s leadership in performance, security, and reliability.

Invision partnered with Cloudflare from early strategy through live delivery to shape the story, design the experience, and produce the content that brought Connect’s purpose to life.

Solution

Invision collaborated with Cloudflare to define and deliver a flagship experience that reflected the company’s mission and momentum. The collaboration began months in advance with a series of visioning sessions designed to align on strategy, audience needs, and creative direction. These sessions established a shared foundation that guided every decision that followed, from the story arc and content priorities to the look, feel, and tone of the event.

That clarity carried through every stage of production. Connect opened with a live spoken word performance by Sekou Andrews, grounding attendees in Connect’s pillars of ‘Connect, protect, and build together,’ setting an emotional tone that resonated throughout the week. Each keynote, breakout, and transition returned to that theme, showing how Cloudflare’s Connectivity Cloud unifies infrastructure and security with AI and application capabilities for the people who depend on them.

A continuous LED stage environment immersed a global audience in light and motion, transforming the general session space into a cinematic storytelling canvas. Working within Cloudflare’s brand system, Invision extended the look and feel for Connect, introducing new applications across the continuous LED canvas for presentations and the opening spoken word sequence. The integration of content, sound, and media created a sense of flow that made complex technology accessible and inspiring. Behind the scenes, Invision’s strategy, creative, and production teams collaborated seamlessly with Cloudflare’s event leaders and other creative partners to maintain consistency across every touchpoint and execute flawlessly.

Result

The inaugural Cloudflare Connect achieved its goal of bringing a global community together and setting a new standard for the brand’s live experiences. Attendees responded with overwhelming enthusiasm, awarding the event an overall satisfaction score of 4.83 out of 5.

Attendees rated their likelihood to recommend Connect at 9.3. This resulted in a Net Promoter Score of 76, reinforcing the event’s exceptional quality and attention to detail.

As Cloudflare’s first global flagship, Connect 2025 proved the value of uniting its worldwide audiences under one roof. The result was a flagship experience that felt purposeful and unmistakably Cloudflare, establishing a foundation of trust and creative excellence clarity that will guide future Connect programs for years to come. Together, Cloudflare and Invision created a defining moment for the brand that showcased innovation and the power of a shared live experience.
