Bloomberg Invest Global Digital Conference

Make It Global

The Global Digital Experience

Bloomberg’s Invest Global conference brings together influential financial and economic thinkers to help investors and finance professionals navigate the current market and economies. For the first time, the large annual conference pivoted from in-person to a three-day virtual event, spanning across four regions (Hong Kong, Dubai, London and New York).

With a quick three-week turnaround, InVision was tasked to build the virtual conference’s 3D environment within the Intrado platform, which included the lobby, theatre, resource center, networking lounge and twelve 90-minute webcasts for 60+ speakers. We worked closely with Bloomberg’s team to provide speaker coaching, rehearsals, and troubleshooting, while aggregating and uploading hundreds of creative assets and content into the system.

InVision also helped integrate the registration system into the Intrado platform and manage all attendee registrations. During the live event, the InVision team managed the Help Desk to assist attendees with any troubleshooting or technical questions.

On behalf of the Bloomberg team, I wanted to thank each one of you for your extremely hard work on making this event happen! It was our most ambitious to date, and we appreciate the work of each person in pulling off basically 24 hours of live programming from around the world in 3 days! We showed up, we created a big buzz, delivered
incredible insights to some important audiences, and learned a lot.
— Kelly Edwards, Global Head of Marketing & Strategy

With more than 12,500+ attendees from around the world participating over the span of 24 hours, and across four major markets, the clients were thrilled. The meeting brought to life virtually allowed financial thought leaders, analysts, and experts to gather and share information at scale – at a time when economic guidance and expertise are greatly needed.
