As digital continues to be table stakes in experiences in 2021 (and beyond), we're taking a look at how InVision helped collaboration software leader Asana gather prospective investors in a sophisticated Investor Day digital experience. Asana Investor Day was a critical event on the SaaS company’s path towards a direct listing and like all in-person meetings in 2020, they needed to pivot to digital. Hosted by Asana’s senior leadership team, the program was designed to give prospective investors a closer look into the results, strategy, and culture of the company, while answering any questions shareholders might have.

Our Approach…
InVision partnered with Asana's Investor Relations team to lead various production elements that included the development of the program’s agenda, from a high-touch, in-person event to a captivating, online virtual presence. We coordinated all of the pre-production planning and strategy and facilitated the live, in-person executive keynotes using CLEANevents—a health-secure studio setup to manage COVID-19 protocols. We also oversaw the video graphics and upheld consistent digital branding throughout the experience.

The Outcome…
In total, Asana’s Investor Day program digitally welcomed around 950 investor registrants for their online webcast. The event’s content was filled with keynotes, live Q&A’s, and pre-recorded testimonials to give investors a better sense of Asana’s mission and goals moving forward. The converted digital experience went beyond the single-day value of an in-person event and provided more accessibility and transparency to prospects across the globe.
