A Note From Our CEO: Leading in Times of Crisis

There’s no question we are experiencing an unprecedented situation—the question is, how are we responding to it?

Now, more than ever, we believe that it’s critical to reach out and engage your employees, your partners, your customers, your communities. As leaders in the audience engagement industry, we’ve been bringing people together through live and digital experiences for over 30 years—even during times of crisis.

We’ve developed proactive tools and workshops, including our new Pivot Playbook and recent Webinar “Pivoting Face-to-Face to Digital” to help our clients create a custom pivot plan that enables them to engage their audiences during uncertain times. We are continuing to collaborate with our clients to devise contingency plans and help them adapt their current programs with alternative, digital platforms, and strategies that thoughtfully engage both live and remote audiences – in a sustainable way and beyond a single event. Our goal is to help our clients navigate difficult decisions and develop effective engagements that support their business goals—in good times and bad.

Our commitment to our staff and keeping our team together is at the forefront of InVision’s culture and our priorities, and this was important to communicate early on. We quickly crafted an employee communication plan, brought the team together (virtually), and have instituted regular touchpoints and engagement plans to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, comradery, and teamwork at this time. I couldn’t be prouder of the company that we’ve built, and our dedicated, diligent, hard-working staff.

At InVision, we remain deeply concerned for those who have been affected by COVID-19 and are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our clients, our partners, our employees, and our communities.
